How to get help

Getting in touch with us

Please call us on 01243 430999. Just leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible

This is the message you will hear -

“Welcome to Emsworth Good Neighbours. Our volunteers may be able to help you as follows: transport to medical and dental appointments etc, shopping either for you or with you, collecting prescriptions, or telephoning or visiting you for a friendly chat.  We receive many requests so please try and give our volunteers between 3 and 10 days’ notice of your request.  Leave your name, telephone number and say how we may help you, and we will get back to you as soon as we can. Thank you.”

We ask you to give us at three to ten working days notice where possible. For example if you need help on a Monday please call us by the previous Wednesday. For requests with shorter notice we will do everything we can to help.

Please let us know if you need a wheelchair

Our message service is monitored regularly Mondays - Fridays. You can leave a message at the weekend and we will respond on the following Monday

Please ensure you leave your name, address and telephone number. For the first request we need to arrange a home visit, at an agreed time, to explain how we may help you
